An Apple a Day Really Works!

Now is the perfect time of the year to enjoy one of nature's best health boosters - the apple.  They can be enjoyed with cheese, peanut butter, mixed into oatmeal or steel cut oats, in crisps or pies, baked, or eaten right off the core!  One of my favorite varieties is the Honeycrisp Apple.  If you have yet to taste one you are missing out - go try one today!
